If you would like to withdraw funds from SmartPay into a bank account, you will first need to add the bank account details to SmartPay. Please review the steps below to learn how to add a bank account:
- Within the withdrawal screen, click ‘add bank account’
- You can then proceed to enter the banking details required. Once you have finished entering your details, click ‘add bank’ to save this bank account.
Currency: The type of currency in which your bank account is set to receive funds
Description: Provide a description of the bank account
Bank Name: Provide the name of the bank that your account is with
Beneficiary: Add the account owner name who is receiving the funds
Bank Address: Provide the address of your branch location
Bank Account Number/IBAN: Enter your account number
Bank SWIFT/BIC/ABA: Enter the transfer code provided by your respective banking institution
⚠️ Please note that you may need to provide intermediary banking information if required by your financial institution to fulfill the withdraw
